Slimy Coasters

I am a BzzAgent. I get to try new products and tell people about them via word of mouth and my blog. All opinions are my own, sometimes I like stuff and sometimes I don't. E-mail me if you are interested in learning more or becoming a BzzAgent.

If you are looking for a good read I suggest that you check out Skipper's Revenge by Julie Teahan. Check it out here.

I will never look at a coaster the same way again.

The End

I'm done.

Tim is still reading the last few pages so I have to keep my mouth shut.

I finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows with a heavy heart. Characters died that I wasn't expecting to. There were laughs along the way and there were tears.

I can honestly say that I hope this is the end of the line for this series. I love the books, but this last book ties everything up. Any more would be excess.

Sticking My Head Out

Just to say, Hi!

And I'm not done with the book yet.

My book came yesterday morning from Amazon and I started it yesterday afternoon about 5. I hadn't finished book 6 until then, I really wanted to be done with it before the UPS man came but it just wasn't going to happen. And I sorely needed to brush up on the first 6 books before delving into the last one.

Tim picked his book up Friday night at midnight so he could get a headstart on me. We are pretty much on the same chapter but now he has gone to work. And I have closed my book and gone to clean out my closet. I hate to get ahead of him as I like to ask questions along the way and keep up a running dialogue (he hates this) and I can't do that if he isn't as far as I am.

178 pages to go...

The suspense, it is killing me!

Spoilers

They are already out there!

Gah!

Bright Ideas & Lock Down

So, I had this bright idea over the weekend.

Since the new Harry Potter book comes out Friday at Midnight wouldn't it be a great idea to re-read the first six before then? I started Saturday and have 3 more to go. That's all well and good, but I am dreading re-reading Order of the Phoenix. It was my least favorite book and since I just saw the movie I know it is going to piss me off going over how much was left out. On the bright side, Goblet of Fire and Half Blood Prince are my two favorites so those should go fast.

For the next 3 1/2 days my house is in lock down. No errands need to be done. Okay, I still have to do laundry and cook and play with the kidlets and run in the morning and walk to the park every night with the kids, but really, other than that I should have no problem finishing up.

There will be no posting from Friday midnight to whenever I finish the last book. I don't trust myself not to read spoilers, hey I know my willpower sucks. Don't call either, I won't answer the phone.

He Gets It

I have been waiting for this book to come in at my local library since it was released in May. I am having a hard time getting into it, Madison totally gets it.
