The contractor is here! He showed up bright and early at 8AM. He expects to be here for a few hours, repairing the fiberglass tub that Tim had a mishap with. I can't wait to take a shower in my own bathroom! Will have to wait until tomorrow though as it takes a few hours to set and I want to make darn sure that it is good and dry.
It cost us $212.35 to have it repaired and is a manufacturers defect. However, it is past the homeowner warranty so we are stuck with the bill. This house is 4 years old and the contractor told us not to buy it, he gave us the names of two builders that we want to stay away from when buying a house. Just our luck that we live in a house built by one of those companies.
We have friends coming to stay for a few days, arriving on Sunday. At least the 6 of us won't be lined up to take showers.
